Digafe Tesfaye studied his first degree at Addis Ababa University (AAU) in Management and Public Administration (BA), and his second degree at Hawassa University in Business Administration (MBA). The General Manager of Addis Abyssinia and Dean of New Abyssinia College is a passionate individual with a strong interest and disposition in Management and Leadership with a background in organizational leadership and management with several years of experience in Higher Education Institution’s leadership as HOD, Academic Dean, Dean and President. Digafe had been management lecturer and been giving different management courses including Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior, Principles of Marketing, Materials Management, Entrepreneurship, Human Resources Management, Mathematic for Management, Managerial Statistics, Business Research Methods, Risk and Insurance Management, Project Analysis and Management, International Marketing, International Business for more many years. He has mor than 20 years experiences as management lecturer, Academic Dean, Dean and Company Representative, Post Graduate students’ Support Service Office Head and President of a College. These years of experiences helped him to develop a capacity to lead and manage a complex organization staffed with creative mind and of high caliber. The General Manager and Dean has a strong disposition, capabilities and motivation to work under pressure, independently and with others. Digafe has developed a wide range of skills in organizational management and leadership, problem solving, communication, documents preparation such as strategic plan, HR policy, standard operating systems, management course materials.
